Motorcycles and Miracles

Last week my husband’s beloved motorcycle broke down leaving us to become a one-car family. My husband commutes 60 miles (one way) to work everyday and is usually gone from 6am-5pm. This wouldn’t be a problem except that I have a plethura of activities scheduled for my boys this fall and we need transportation to get to them. So, my in-laws stopped by after church Sunday and was going to take the kids overnight to give us a break (as an Anniversary gift) and return them with their 2nd vehicle for us to use. Unfortunately they hit heavy rain on the Interstate on the way back to their house with our children and wrecked thier vehicle. Thank God no one was injured but the vehicle was totalled. So, needless to say, we didn’t get to borrow a car from them. On Tuesday, my husband’s boss heard our delimma a graciously rented my DH a car for a whole week! We’re not sure what we’re going to do after the week is up but we are hoping to have his motorcycle back on the road ASAP.
